Guernsey County

ACI Services Inc.
BWC approved  $40,000.00 to purchase one stainless steel agitating cleaning tank to reduce the risk of injury to fingers, hands, wrist, elbows, shoulder,  neck, back, and legs related to repetitive motion, hand force, awkward postures, push/pull moderate to heavy load, and manual materials handling.  This intervention will improve the process of lifting and cleaning of metal cylinders and caps.  ACI Services Inc. provides engineered compressor products and services, specializing in custom compressor cylinders, unloaders, and interactive performance software.

Hancock County

A-1 Auto Center Inc.
BWC approved $16,699.04 to purchase one fuel tank/transmission lift, one car caddy, one overhead door lift system with 6 door openers, and one topside engine creeper to reduce the risk of injury to fingers, wrist, hands, elbows, arms, neck, back, and legs related to repetitive motion, hand force, awkward postures, contact stress, push/pull moderate to heavy load, and manual materials handling.  This intervention will improve the vehicle repair process.  A-1 Auto Center Inc. is a full service car and light truck repair facility.

Henry County

Deshler Village
BWC approved  $5,679.75 to purchase one shoring package to reduce the risk of injury to fingers, hands, wrist, elbows, arms, shoulder, neck, back, and legs related to repetitive motion, hand force, awkward postures, entrapment, and crushing injuries.  This intervention will improve the excavation process.  Deshler Village is located in Northwest Ohio and provides water, gas, electric, and sewer services to residents.

Highland County

Eastern Area Specialty Transport Inc.
BWC approved  $32,498.06 to purchase one power cot and power load system to reduce the risk of injury to hands, wrist, arms, shoulder, neck, back, and legs related to hand force, awkward postures, contact stress, push/pull moderate to heavy load, and manual materials handling.  This intervention will improve the patient transport process.  Eastern Area Specialty Transport offers advanced and basic life support for emergency and on-emergency calls for bariatric patients, disabled patients, and general population within the counties of Highland, Adams, Brown, Clinton, and Fayette.

Huron County

CB Excavating & Trucking LTD
BWC approved  $21,356.16 to purchase one hydraulic breaker attachment to reduce the risk of injury to hands, wrist, arms, neck, back, and legs related to hand force, awkward postures, contact stress, vibration, push/pull moderate to heavy load, and manual materials handling.  This intervention will improve the forging of hardscape materials process.  CB Excavating & Trucking LTD is a DOT registered trucking company that specializes in removal of cement, limestone, and hardscape materials from demolition sites.

Logan County

Bokescreek Township
BWC approved  $15,867.62 to purchase one power cot and one power load system to reduce the risk of injury to hands, wrist, arms, shoulder, neck, back, and legs related to hand force, awkward postures, contact stress, push/pull moderate to heavy load, and manual materials handling.  This intervention will improve the patient transport process.  Bokescreek Township Fire Department provides fire and emergency medical services.

Lucas County

Providence Township
BWC approved  $34,714.55 to purchase one power cot with accessories and one power load system to reduce the risk of injury to hands, wrist, arms, shoulder,  neck, back, and legs related to hand force, awkward postures, contact stress, push/pull moderate to heavy load, and manual materials handling.  This intervention will improve the patient transport process.  Providence Township Fire and Rescue is a paid-per-call volunteer fire department that provides fire protection and emergency medical services.

Mercer County

Seitz Electric Inc.
BWC approved  $12,375.00 to purchase one skid auger drill attachment, and one skid steer bucket attachment to reduce the risk of injury to fingers, hands, wrist, elbows, shoulder, back, and legs related to repetitive motion, hand force, awkward postures, contact stress, vibration, push/pull moderate to heavy load, and manual materials handling.  This intervention will improve the electrical installation process.  Seitz Electrical Inc. is an electrical contractor specializing in the install of electrical lines, industrial equipment, and repairs to existing facilities.

Putnam County

Ottoville Village
BWC approved  $17,007.76 to purchase five express external carrier vest, one vibratory plate compactor, one hydraulic breaker, and one quick cut saw to reduce the risk of injury to fingers, hands, wrist, elbows, arms, shoulder, neck, back, and legs related to repetitive motion, hand force, awkward postures, contact stress, push/pull moderate to heavy load, and manual materials handling.  This intervention will improve the compacting, breaking, sawing, and wearing a police belt utility belt processes.  Ottoville Village is located in Northwest Ohio.

Scioto County

Minford Emergency Ambulance Service
BWC approved  $32,840.15 to purchase one power cot and power load system to reduce the risk of injury to hands, wrist, arms, shoulder, neck, back, and legs related to hand force, awkward postures, contact stress, push/pull moderate to heavy load, and manual materials handling.  This intervention will improve the patient transport process.  Minford Emergency Ambulance Service is an emergency and rescue squad service that provides emergency care for the residents of Harrison, Madison, and Jefferson Townships in Scioto County.

Shelby County

S & H Products
BWC approved $25,637.55 to purchase fourteen padded patient slings, five standard slings, two standard clip slings, two patient lifts without scales, one patient lift with scale, and one sit to stand patient lift to reduce the risk of injury to hands, wrist, arms, shoulder, neck, back, and legs related to hand force, awkward postures, contact stress, push/pull moderate to heavy load, and manual materials handling.  This intervention will improve the patient transfer process.  S & H Products provides day services for adults with developmental disabilities, vocational and non vocational programs, and life skills training.

Wayne County

BWC approved  $40,000.00 to purchase one 3 axis computer controlled router machine to reduce the risk of injury to fingers, hands, wrist, arms, shoulder, neck, back, and legs related to repetitive motion, hand force, awkward postures, vibration, push/pull moderate load, and manual materials handling.  This intervention will improve the materials cutting and inspection process.  E P Gerber & Sons dba Gerber Wood Products is a manufacturer and wholesale distributor of wood and wood related components for various industries.
