$40,000 for one industrial air cleaner system to reduce the risk of injury to respiratory system related to air particulates. Auglaize Erie Machines Inc is a custom welding shop that provides metal fabrication.

Pro Fit HVAC LLC
$40,000 to purchase ten scissor lifts to reduce the risk of injury to upper and lower extremities related to slips, trips, and falls from heights. Pro Fit HVAC LLC is a sub-contractor for HVAC system installations and modifications.

Belmont County

Angelina Stone & Marble LTD
$29,538.02 to purchase fourteen tuck point sets, seven collection bags, seven hepa vacuum and grinder tools, one remote controlled scaffold hoist, and one slab mover/material mover. The equipment will help reduce the risk of injuries related to repetitive motion, hand force, awkward postures, contact stress, push/pull, manual materials handling, and exposure to respirable dust. The equipment will also improve the process of installing concrete and stone materials. $16,447.50 to purchase six power stackers with counterbalance weights to reduce the risk of injury to hands, wrist, arms, shoulder, neck, back, and legs related to hand force, awkward postures, and contact stress.  The intervention will improve the process of assembling electronic charging stations and storage carts.  PC Connection Inc. provides technology solutions to business consumers.

Sabina Farmers Exch Inc.
$32,857.16 for two whip sets, one bin whip/85 ft. hose, one whip head – dual impact with system to reduce the risk of injuries related to hand force, awkward postures, and contact stress. Sabina Farmers Exch Inc. manufactures a variety of bulk and bagged feed for animal consumption.

$40,000 to purchase one crane and hoist system to reduce the risk of injuries related to awkward postures and push/pull.  The intervention will improve the materials handling process.  Jerpbak & Bayless Co. is a custom precision machine shop.

Franklin County

$27,072.74 for three scissor lifts and three guard slabs to reduce the risk of injuries related to repetition, hand force, awkward postures, contact stress, push/pull, and manual materials handling.  Muetzel Plumbing & Heating Co is a commercial and residential plumbing, heating and cooling organization.

Greene County

Beavercreek Township
$40,000 for five power loads, five power load upgrade kits, one power load kit, and six upgrade charges to reduce the risk of injuries related to hand force, awkward postures, contact stress, push/pull, and manual materials handling. Beavercreek Township is a full-service fire department that provides fire suppression, and emergency medical and fire prevention services to residents of Beavercreek.

Guernsey County

Cambridge Schools
$18,375 for one scissor lift to reduce the risk of injuries related to falling, muscle strain, property damage, electrocution and lacerations.  Cambridge City Schools is a public school system that serves approximately 2,000 students.

Hamilton County

City of Hamilton
$31,299.69 for one power cot and one power load to reduce the risk of injuries related to hand force, awkward postures, contact stress, push/pull, and manual materials handling. The City of Hamilton fire department provides services to Butler County, which covers about 22 square miles.

$40,000 to purchase one automatic bagging machine with lift table, and one high lift skid jack to reduce the risk of injuries related to repetitive motion, hand force, awkward postures, contact stress, and manual materials handling.  The intervention will improve the bottle inspection and packaging processes.  Rez-Tech Corporation manufactures certified wide mouth plastic jars and bottles for the food markets in America and Canada.

Scioto County

$25,864.46 to purchase one liftgate, one stair climbing dolly, one electric power jack, one floor machine, and one floor scraper to reduce the risk of injuries related to hand force, awkward postures, push/pull, manual materials handling, and exposure to particulate dust.  The intervention will improve the process of removing and installing flooring. $36,072.44 to purchase one power cot and one power load system to reduce the risk of injuries related to hand force, awkward postures, contact stress, push/pull, and manual material handling.  The Champion Township Fire Department is an all risk emergency mitigation organization that serves the residents and of Champion Township and surrounding communities.

Washington County

$10,370.01 for one scissor lift, one light duty pipe rack, one tool caddy, one flashing light, and one hinged rail system to reduce the risk of injuries related to falls, sprains, and strains.  Steve Heiss Services Unlimited provides construction work that includes commercial plumbing, electric, heating, and air conditioning.
